Please make plans to join Last Hope Animal Rescue as we celebrate our 22nd Anniversary on Saturday, May 9th from 6-10pm with a night of music and laughter!
NEW FOR 2026: We move to a NEW LOCATION, inside the historic Veterans Memorial Building on the 2nd Avenue Bridge in Downtown Cedar Rapids! Our event is held within the grand and spacious Coliseum space (on the main level). This space is handicap accessible and on-street parking is FREE!
ALSO NEW FOR 2026: Your ticket price now includes dinner! Cancun Mexican Grill & Bar catering will provide a mouthwatering spread of tasty, tasty tacos! Our taco bar will feature food from everyone's favorite local and authentic Mexican restaurant, we will also host a cash bar with service provided by Hy Vee! Food service starts promptly at 6pm, live music will start at 7pm.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Dueling Pianos isn't just live music...it's an experience! A high energy, interactive comedy show that just gets better as the night goes on! Audience participation is encouraged... and no, you don't have to sing, but you should be ready to party and bring your favorite music suggestions. The performers take audience requests, spanning all genres and decades, to create an unforgettable evening of fun! Want to make sure your song is played next? Be sure to tip our performers...and know that all of your tips will be donated directly to Last Hope!
Last Hope will also feature a silent auction table with a curated selection of offerings, meaning you could go home a winner at the end of the night with one (or more!) of our amazing auction items! Thank you to our wonderful supporters for donating their goods and services to create truly unique and attractive winnings!
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Tickets are required for this event and must be purchased in advance. Our tables each provide seating for up to 8 guests, however tickets are sold on an individual basis so please note that if you do not purchase all of the seats at your table you will be joined/grouped with other attendees. This event is for adults 18 years of age and older please!
